Billing

Root & Path Therapy PLLC is an in-network provider organization with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO. I am also an individual in-network provider through Lyra (a nation-wide EAP provider with over 450 participating employers). If your employer has a contract with Lyra, you can search their database for my full name (Allison Tompkins) or reach out to me directly to set things up.

For other out-of-network (OON) insurance plans, please contact your provider’s member services department to discuss whether you have any OON benefits for mental or behavioral health. You will be responsible for the full session cost at the time of service. I can provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for any OON reimbursements, or for possible credit toward your OON deductible.
